For 1.5 years, I worked on a startup consulting project, initially focusing on understanding consulting challenges and finding relevant information, as well as crafting effective presentations for executives. An example includes maintaining a narrative flow in proposals, collaboratively discussing and refining them based on feedback using methodologies like MECE and the Pyramid Principle. This involves starting with the main solution or point, supporting it with logical arguments, and reinforcing these with evidence, analysis, and data.

In the second phase of the project, I gained practical experience with NeuralWorks, a startup specializing in EEG technology software, thanks to their rapid testing algorithm. Our five-people team was tasked with identifying accessible market opportunities not dominated by giants like Neuralink and finding EEG hardware manufacturers open to collaboration or partnerships, with a focus on those offering the best quality-to-application ratio for NeuralWorks.
Working on this project taught me the crucial role of well-supported arguments in decision-making and advising, particularly in a professional context. A coherent story with solid logic is essential for clear communication of the thought process and rationale, enabling informed decisions.

Our team held weekly meetings to divide tasks, make progress, and engage in brainstorming and discussions. I particularly enjoyed these sessions, thanks to the team's commitment and friendly atmosphere. The combination of a relaxed yet diligent work environment made the experience particularly rewarding.
I also had the chance to mentor two juniors eager to join the association and later work on a startup project like I did. They were preparing a consulting presentation for their semester's end, similar to what we did but focused on a hypothetical issue. I shared my experiences on effective work methods and explained concepts they were struggling with. I found this mentoring role fulfilling, as it was rewarding to assist others and make an impact on them.
